It’s the voice of self doubt. Sometimes it’s all consuming. It doesn’t matter if you’re a doctor or nursery care worker it will always pop up when least expected. Perhaps it’s that feeling of not being good enough for a new partner or good enough for the boss at work. Maybe that dress really does make you look ‘fat’……. or is that ‘the voice’ too?
Our inner voice, our ‘in-security’ voice is often what prevents us from achieving greater things in life.
