Modern Glamour - Amanda’s Beautiful Photoshoot at Hazlewood Castle

As a person born with spina bifida I was concerned how I might look. I am confident in myself but try always to hide whats not perfect. I was pictured standing and sitting where you can see I’m different but I am comfortable with this, I am different and I did this to embrace this. The pictures including full length and some that showed parts of my body I would normally cover were beautiful.

Modern Glamour – Amanda’s beautiful photoshoot at Hazlewood Castle

When we asked Amanda why she wanted to do a Modern Glamour photoshoot like this she told us

“Because I’m 52 and have passed the age my mum was when she died. I would like to create some lovely memories for my family I also have spina bifida and have never felt brave enough to have professional photos”

Well, I know she’s thankful she did have some professional photos. Not only to hand down to the family but also because of the boost in self confidence an experience like this brings to so many of our clients.

Amanda was such a joy to work with on the day. She arrived with loads of fabulous outfits and really gave her all to the photoshoot. She was easy to direct and that smile radiated and lit up the room.

This is what we mean by Modern Glamour – super glam images of you in fabulous dresses in a great surrounding. If you’re brave you can do a little lingerie but in truth, our glamour is less about what you wear and all about you.
